In October, XOVĒ was featured as the exclusive skincare brand at Sephora’s “Mega Beauty Show,” sharing its luxurious White Truffle formulas with thousands of Beauty Advisors. By December, the brand expanded its footprint to 342 Sephora stores across Mainland China.

To build a closer relationship with beauty lovers in Mainland China, XOVĒ made its official debut at Sephora China, the world-renowned high-end beauty retailer in January.

XOVĒ hosted its inaugural "White Truffle Five Senses Journey" at Rosewood Hong Kong in November 2022, welcoming celebrities and beauty influencers to experience its luxury skincare with founder Gigi Ma.

Opened 5 new XOVĒ stores with locations at iconic shopping malls, bringing the number of XOVĒ stores to 10. Conveniently located in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, our distribution network brings the miraculous XOVĒ skin renewal experience closer to our clients.

CosMax reclaimed the Penthouse and 39/F.,Soundwill Plaza location in Causeway Bay. VITAE relocated to the newly renovated 22/F. of the same building, boasting stylish interior design in VITAE's dusty pink brand colour.

Sharing our vision in empowering women, Ms. Fala Chen, famous international actress, became the spokesperson of VITAE.

Opened the second VITAE Treatment Centre at The Peninsula Office Tower, with over 10,000 sq. ft. in floor space.

Launched XOVĒ Skincare and its first e-Shop in September. A decade in development, the brand blends Swiss cosmetology with rare white truffle to transform daily skincare into a rejuvenating ritual for youthful radiance.

Our sister brand VITAE Wellness Beauty was conceived. Located at the Penthouse, Soundwill Plaza, Causeway Bay, VITAE is a lifestyle brand that offers "lite" medical aesthetics solutions with a holistic approach. VITAE's signature treatment - the patented FaceGym™ technology - nourishes and restores the facial contours from the inside-out.

Miricor Enterprises Holdings Limited transferred our listing from Hong Kong Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) to the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. (SEHK) on February 18th, 2019.

In September, we expanded our Causeway Bay location. Boasting a gross floor area of over 12,000 sq. ft., this CosMax flagship stands proudly on 39/F & Penthouse of the Soundwill Plaza.

Opened the first CosMax in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon in June. With a gross floor area of over 6,000 sq. ft., this location at 14/F., World Commerce Centre greatly enhanced CosMax's accessibility for our clients.

Mrs. Gigi Ma (Ms. Gigi Lai -Chi) made the difficult decision to leave her successful acting career in the entertainment business to take care of her family business – CosMax. On a mission of love and responsibility, Mrs. Ma devoted her passion for beauty and keen aesthetic senses into making CosMax a success.

Dr. Stephen Lai, established CosMax in 2005. The clinic provided dermatology consultation services, and also pioneered in offering light-based medical skincare treatments.
